Please note that all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances. Cancellations are not accepted once packages have been shipped.

Cancellation Policy:

Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed for shipment.
Once a package has been shipped, cancellations are no longer accepted under any circumstances.

Please review your order carefully before finalizing your purchase. If you need to request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

Defective or Incorrect Items:

In the rare event that you receive a defective or incorrect hat, you must contact our Customer Service within 7 days of receiving your order. If the defect or error is confirmed, we will replace the item at our discretion. The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags attached.
