Order Processing Time:

All orders will be processed and shipped within 3-7 business days from the date of purchase. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
All orders take 3-5 days to arrive once they have been shipped
If an item is marked as a "preorder," please refer to the specific timeframe stated on the product page. Preorder items will be shipped according to the estimated shipping date provided. By placing an order with Dad Cap Co., customers acknowledge and accept all shipping terms outlined in this policy.

Shipping Confirmation:

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.  

Defective or Incorrect Items:

In the rare event that you receive a defective or incorrect hat, you must contact our Customer Service within 7 days of receiving your order. If the defect or error is confirmed, we will replace the item at our discretion. The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags attached.

Shipping Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • If an item is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees will apply to resend the order.

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once packages have been shipped.

Shipping Delays:

While we strive to meet our shipping timeframe, please note that unforeseen circumstances, such as carrier delays or high order volumes, may occasionally affect shipping times. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed for shipment.
Once a package has been shipped, cancellations are no longer accepted under any circumstances.
